This is the place to come if you want to have a strong and effective City Wireless Ordinance that will affect cell tower placement and want to see the undergrounding of power utility lines in Carmel-by-the-Sea. We have made great progress already on cell towers but there is a long, difficult, and expensive road ahead on the undergrounding component. But, we have a plan and are starting to move a couple projects forward.
